Chad Steelberg co-founded AdForce (sold to CMGI), dMarc Broadcasting (sold to Google) and Veritone (IPO in 2017). Scott Bogdan built all three alongside him, and Marc La Magna partnered on dMarc and Veritone.

A visionary AI pioneer and serial tech founder, Chad brings decades of experience driving innovation across enterprise technology, media, and artificial intelligence. His track record spans building and scaling companies from inception through major liquidity events.
Scott Bogdan is Co-Founder and COO of Clone and the operator who turns AI innovation into results customers can measure. He works side by side with customers to design, deploy and scale their digital teammates, with a focus on efficiency, accountability and real business outcomes. A veteran of Veritone, Google and dMarc Broadcasting, Scott has spent more than 20 years scaling technology companies, including deploying enterprise AI for media and government organizations. He has worked alongside Chad Steelberg across three ventures: AdForce, dMarc and Veritone.
Revenue-focused leader blending sales, marketing, and strategy to accelerate growth across AI, tech, and professional services. Steve is responsible for building Clone’s commercial engine and establishing the company’s presence across target enterprise segments. He guides organizations from their first demo to hiring clones into real roles, and on to a growing clone team that reports the KPIs and value it creates.
Marc has worked with Chad and Scott at two prior ventures, dMarc and Veritone. He also led venture capital firm Turnstone Capital. An experienced leader and investor with deep expertise in technology ventures, scaling early- and mid-stage companies through intelligent automation, enterprise innovation, and strategic capital formation. At Clone, he leads finance and capital strategy, building the operating discipline to scale the company as organizations grow their clone teams.
Experienced software engineer with 15 years in secure product development, data privacy, and compliance across PCI, HIPAA, and ISO standards. Bill leads Clone’s AI engineering efforts with a focus on building secure, enterprise-grade systems. He builds the guardrails behind every clone, so each action is permissioned, auditable, and grounded in approved sources, with customer data encrypted and kept isolated.
