Chad Steelberg has personally co-founded multiple successful companies, including AdForce (sold to CMGI), dMarc Broadcasting (sold to Google) and Veritone (IPO in 2017, ticker "VERI"). Scott Bogdan has built all three alongside him, and Marc LaMagna has partnered on both dMarc Broadcasting and Veritone.

A visionary AI pioneer and serial tech founder, Chad brings decades of experience driving innovation across enterprise technology, media, and artificial intelligence. His track record spans building and scaling companies from inception through major liquidity events.
Scott Bogdan has worked with Chad at all three of these ventures: AdForce, dMarc Broadcasting, and Veritone. A creative strategist and driver of operational excellence and AI-powered innovation at Clone.Me, championing efficiency, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of breakthrough results. Ex-Veritone, Google, and dMarc.
Marc has worked with Chad and Scott at two prior ventures, dMarc and Veritone. He also led venture capital firm Turnstone Capital. An experienced leader and investor with deep expertise in technology ventures, scaling early- and mid-stage companies through intelligent automation, enterprise innovation, and strategic capital formation.
Revenue-focused leader blending sales, marketing, and strategy to accelerate growth across AI, tech, and professional services. Steve is responsible for building Clone.Me's commercial engine and establishing the company's presence across target enterprise segments.
Experienced software engineer with 15 years in secure product development, data privacy, and compliance across PCI, HIPAA, and ISO standards. Bill leads Clone.Me's AI engineering efforts with a focus on building secure, enterprise-grade systems.
A results-driven CMO who blends strategic growth and AI to deliver measurable business impact. With a proven track record across multiple industries, Stephanie focuses on revenue growth, streamlined operations, and stronger customer engagement, building high-performance teams that turn cutting-edge technology into real results.
