The Clone Solutions Method

Align. Secure. Prove.Scale. Sustain.

The same five phases run every engagement, and each one ends with a deliverable you can hold. Underneath it all: a six-week department cycle and an autonomy ladder you sign off on.

Five phases

What happens, and what you get.

01

Align

Agree on the problems worth solving.

Executive briefing, problem statements, priorities and the success metrics we'll be held to.

  • Executive Briefing Readout
  • Problem Statement Register
  • Year-1 success metrics
02

Secure

Bring InfoSec in first.

Connections, permissions, approval rules and the governance model, designed with your security team before anything goes live.

  • Connections & Permissions Plan
  • Clone Governance Charter
  • AI Risk Register
03

Prove

First departments live, measured.

Your highest-ranked problems get Clones first, against a captured baseline, so the wins are numbers and not anecdotes.

  • First Clones live
  • Champion charters
  • 90-Day Results Report
04

Scale

Department by department.

Two departments roll out in parallel every six weeks, with custom skills, cross-department handoffs and systems integration.

  • 4–6 departments live
  • Integration Architecture
  • 6-Month Business Review
05

Sustain

Your team runs it.

Champions, monitoring and optimization, then a deliberate handoff to your own Center of Excellence.

  • Center of Excellence charter
  • Clone runbooks
  • Year-1 Impact Report

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Why five phases?

Because every stalled AI program skips one. Align makes sure we solve real problems. Secure removes the approval bottleneck. Prove creates measured wins. Scale repeats what works. Sustain makes your team self-sufficient.

How long does each phase take?

Align and Secure happen in Month 1. Prove runs through Months 2 and 3. Scale covers Months 4 to 9, and Sustain is Months 10 to 12. Department rollouts repeat on a six-week cycle throughout.

What is the autonomy ladder?

A control framework you sign off on. Clones move from Assist to Recommend, Execute with approval, Execute within limits and Orchestrate, and each promotion needs evidence plus InfoSec and business owner sign-off.

Can we start with a single phase?

Yes. The Executive Briefing and the AI Opportunity Assessment can run on their own. Most organizations then continue into the full Enterprise Partnership with the roadmap already in hand.

Five phases. Your problems first.

Every engagement starts with an Executive Briefing on your actual work.
