The problem

AI pilots are everywhere. Transformations aren't.

The technology works. What stalls is everything around it: unclear problems, security approvals, no owner for adoption and no baseline to prove the value.

What changes on a Monday.

Same leader, same company, nine months apart. Toggle between them.

  1. Monday, today
  2. 214 unread. Three dashboards, and nobody trusts the numbers.
  3. A status meeting to find out what's late.
  4. Security review for the AI pilot. Round three.
  5. Ops rekeys order data between two systems. Again.
  6. Board numbers pulled by hand from five spreadsheets.
  7. Still answering vendor questionnaires.
  1. Monday, Month 9
  2. Your Executive Clone's morning brief: what's pressing, what's at risk, what needs you.
  3. Steering runs on a pack the Project Clone built overnight.
  4. InfoSec approves the next autonomy promotion, with the evidence in hand.
  5. Ops Clones reconcile orders within limits. Three exceptions wait for a person.
  6. Finance Clone has the board numbers drafted for your review.
  7. You go home. The work keeps moving, inside the rules you set.
The Clone Solutions Method

Align. Secure. Prove. Scale. Sustain.

Five phases, every engagement. Each one ends with something you can hold: a register, a charter, a report, a live department.

Five principles

How every engagement runs.

1

InfoSec-first

Security and compliance is the first department we onboard, and that team stays a delivery partner the whole way.

2

Problem-led

We start with your priority problems, not a tour of features.

3

Champion-powered

Every department has a named internal owner for adoption.

4

Autonomy is earned

Clones get more independence only after they've proven themselves, with evidence.

5

Clone-first, not Clone-only

We'll implement any AI or IT system your roadmap calls for, on our platform or not.

InfoSec-first

We start with your security team.

Larger rollouts stall on approvals for connections and permissions. So security is the first department we onboard, and it stays a delivery partner throughout.

Your InfoSec team gets its own Clones first: security questionnaires, access reviews, policy Q&A and vendor risk intake. They experience Clones as users before they review them, and the likeliest blocker becomes a sponsor.

Security & Governance

Autonomy is earned

Clones get independence one proven step at a time.

A control framework you sign off on. Pick a level to see what the Clone does, what your people do, and what it takes to move up.

Level 3 of 5

Execute with approval

The Clone

Acts after a named person approves each action, right in Slack, Teams or email.

Evidence to move up

Approval rate, exception history and zero incidents above the agreed severity.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is Clone Solutions?

Clone Solutions is Clone's professional services and consulting division. An embedded team of people and Clones takes your organization from problem statements to a governed, department-by-department AI workforce, then hands it to your own team to run.

How is this different from buying AI software?

Software alone rarely changes how work gets done. We stay embedded for the full engagement: we align your executives, secure the environment with InfoSec, deploy Clones department by department, run the Champions program and measure results against a baseline.

Where do engagements start?

With an Executive Briefing. Your leaders bring their top operational problems, see a live Clone working on their actual work, and leave with a Problem Statement Register that becomes the start of the roadmap.

Do you only implement Clone?

No. We're Clone-first, not Clone-only. If your roadmap calls for third-party AI, workflow automation, data work or CRM, ERP and HR systems, we implement that too, governed alongside your Clones.

Will Clones replace our people?

Clones add capacity to teams. People stay accountable for decisions, and Clones only earn more independence after they've proven themselves and InfoSec and the business owner sign off.

Start with your problems. Not our features.

Bring your leadership team and your top three operational pain points. See a live Clone on your actual work, and leave with a Problem Statement Register.
