AI teammates for healthcare organizationsLess admin. More care.

Clone Solutions embeds with your team to put Clones to work on the administrative load behind care: patient access, revenue cycle, authorizations and credentialing. Governed from day one, with clinicians in charge.

The pressure

What healthcare leaders are up against.

Administrative work crowds out care

Staff spend hours on scheduling, forms, phone calls and documentation chases that pull attention away from patients.

Prior authorizations stall treatment

Payer requirements change constantly. Gathering records, submitting requests and chasing status ties up staff and delays care.

Denials erode the margin

Coding gaps, missing documentation and slow follow-up turn earned revenue into rework, appeals and write-offs.

Front office stretched thin

Hard-to-fill roles and burnout leave phones unanswered, queues growing and patients waiting longer for help.

Where Clones go to work

Five high-value plays.

Patient Access

Scheduling, reminders and patient questions

Books and reschedules appointments, sends reminders, answers non-clinical questions by phone or text and routes anything clinical to your staff.

L3 · Execute with approval
Revenue Cycle

Denial triage and appeal drafts

Sorts denials by reason and value, gathers supporting documentation and drafts appeals for your billing team to review and submit.

L2 · Recommend
Utilization Management

Prior authorization packet preparation

Checks payer requirements, assembles documentation from the record and tracks request status, with staff approving every submission.

L3 · Execute with approval
Patient Financial Services

Eligibility checks and balance outreach

Verifies coverage before visits, explains balances in plain language and sets up payment plans within limits your policy defines.

L4 · Execute within limits
Credentialing

Provider credentialing and enrollment tracking

Collects documents, tracks expirations and payer enrollment status, and reminds providers and staff before deadlines are missed.

L4 · Execute within limits
Your first 90 days

From kickoff to first results.

  1. Secure and align

We sign the BAA, then InfoSec and compliance approve PHI access, connections and audit settings. We map priority workflows and baseline call, denial and authorization metrics.

  2. Patient access goes live

Scheduling and reminder Clones launch with a front-office champion and pilot users. Every patient-facing script is reviewed, and clinical questions route straight to staff.

  3. Prove and extend

Proven access workflows move to execute with approval. Revenue cycle starts its rollout, and the 90-day review shows results against baseline.

Governance

Built for your regulators, too.

  • BAAs are available, so HIPAA workflows can be supported with a signed BAA in place.
  • Clones never make clinical decisions. Clinical judgment stays with licensed professionals.
  • Minimum necessary access: each Clone sees only the PHI its role requires.
  • Audit logs mapped to HIPAA Security Rule controls to support your own compliance reviews.
  • SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are in progress. Regulatory mapping is not legal advice.

Regulatory mapping is readiness work, not legal advice.

What Clone Life looks like in healthcare
FAQ

Healthcare: questions, answered.

Can Clones work with protected health information?

Yes, with a signed BAA. BAAs are available, so HIPAA workflows can be supported. During the Secure phase your InfoSec and compliance teams approve every connection, limit each Clone to the minimum necessary data and confirm audit logging. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are in progress, and we share our security package up front.

Do Clones make clinical decisions?

No. Clones handle administrative and operational work such as scheduling, eligibility, documentation gathering and follow-up. They never diagnose, triage symptoms or recommend treatment. Anything clinical routes to licensed staff, and your governance charter spells out what each Clone may never do. Clinicians and staff stay accountable for every decision.

Which departments usually go first?

After InfoSec and compliance, most organizations start with patient access or revenue cycle, because the work is high volume and easy to measure. We rank opportunities by value, feasibility, risk and data readiness in Month 1, so your sequence reflects your priorities rather than a template.

Will this work with our EHR?

We connect Clones to the systems you already use, including EHRs, clearinghouses, payer portals and collaboration tools, through approved APIs and integrations. Where a connection needs custom work, our engineers build and test a dedicated skill. Your IT team approves every connection and each Clone's access before anything goes live.
