AI teammates for legal teamsMore capacity. Same judgment.

Clone Solutions embeds with your firm or legal department to put Clones to work on intake, document work, matter administration and billing. Attorney review stays mandatory, and privilege stays protected.

The pressure

What legal leaders are up against.

Slow intake loses new matters

Prospective clients call several firms. Slow responses, long intake forms and lagging conflict checks send good matters elsewhere.

Unbilled time becomes write-offs

Time entries are late, vague or never captured, so billable work turns into write-downs and slower collections.

Associates stuck on routine documents

First drafts, clause comparisons and document review absorb hours that clients increasingly refuse to pay for.

Client expectations keep rising

Clients want faster turnaround, clear status updates and predictable fees, without paying for more hours.

Where Clones go to work

Your first 90 days

From kickoff to first results.

InfoSec and your general counsel approve matter access, ethical walls and audit settings. We draft the AI use policy and baseline intake time, realization and billing lag.

  2. First practice group live

Intake and billing Clones launch with a partner champion and pilot attorneys. Every output goes through attorney review, and feedback is gathered daily.

  3. Prove and extend

Proven intake workflows move to execute with approval. A second practice area or department starts, and the 90-day review reports results against baseline.

Governance

Built for your regulators, too.

  • Clones do not give legal advice. Attorney review is mandatory on all legal work product.
  • Privilege and confidentiality protected with matter-level access, and ethical walls respected.
  • Supervision duties reflected in approval rules, so a named attorney owns every output.
  • AI use policy aligned to bar guidance on competence, confidentiality and fees. Not legal advice.
  • Audit logs show who approved what, supporting your own risk reviews.

Regulatory mapping is readiness work, not legal advice.

What Clone Life looks like in legal
FAQ

Legal: questions, answered.

Do Clones give legal advice?

No. Clones prepare, organize and summarize. They never advise clients or make legal judgments. Attorney review is mandatory on any legal work product, and approval rules make sure a named attorney signs off before anything reaches a client, court or counterparty. Your supervising attorneys stay accountable for every outcome.

How do you protect privilege and confidentiality?

Access is set at the matter level, ethical walls carry over from your existing systems, and InfoSec approves every connection. Clones see only what their role requires, and audit logs record every action. Our security package, including our DPA, is shared up front. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are in progress, not yet certified.

Which practice areas start first?

We start with your problem statements, not a template. Many firms begin with intake and billing because the gains show up quickly in response times and realization. Litigation support and transactional work often follow once attorneys are comfortable with the review workflow and the Clones have proven their accuracy.

Does this work for in-house legal teams?

Yes. Corporate legal departments use the same approach for contract intake, NDA triage, matter tracking and policy questions from the business. The Secure phase includes your InfoSec and compliance teams, and attorneys keep approval on every legal output. Business users get faster answers while counsel stays in control.
