The problems

What slows HR down today.

Endless repeat questions

PTO balances, benefits and policy questions fill the HR inbox, and the answers are already written somewhere.

Onboarding falls through cracks

Laptops, accounts, paperwork and first-week schedules depend on manual checklists and reminders across several teams.

Slow recruiting coordination

Screening resumes and scheduling interviews takes days of back and forth, and strong candidates accept other offers.

Policy and compliance upkeep

Handbooks drift out of date, acknowledgments go untracked and managers apply policies differently across teams.

FAQ

HR & People: questions, answered.

Can HR Clones see salary and personal data?

Only if a specific role requires it, and only with InfoSec approval. Most HR Clones work from the handbook and scheduling data and never touch compensation, medical or performance records. Where personal data is needed, access is scoped to the minimum fields, logged and written into the Clone's Governance Charter. GDPR is in place today.

Will a Clone make hiring decisions?

No. Clones can schedule, summarize and keep candidates informed, but hiring and rejection decisions stay with your recruiters and hiring managers. Screening summaries compare applications to the requirements you wrote and are reviewed by a person. We set this as a firm rule in the governance design, and the audit log shows every step.

How are sensitive topics handled?

We define them together during Design: harassment, medical issues, terminations, complaints and anything legal. When a Clone sees one of those topics, it stops, gives the employee a clear path to a person and alerts the right HR partner. It does not try to resolve the issue itself.

Does this reduce HR headcount?

That is not the goal. Clones add capacity by taking repeat questions and coordination off your team's plate. Your People team keeps every judgment call and gets time back for coaching, employee relations and culture work. People stay accountable for decisions, and we say so clearly in internal communications from day one.
