AI teammates for IT & SecurityAlways our first department

InfoSec is the first team we onboard, every time. Your security team gets Clones for their own workload first, then becomes our delivery partner and approves every connection and autonomy promotion.

The problems

What slows IT down today.

Security questionnaires pile up

Sales needs answers by Friday, and your team rewrites the same control descriptions for every customer questionnaire.

Access reviews are painful

Quarterly access reviews mean exporting user lists, chasing managers for sign-off and assembling evidence by hand.

Help desk overload

Password resets, access requests and how-to questions bury IT, and real incidents compete with routine tickets.

Vendor risk backlog

Every new tool needs a risk review, and intake requests arrive incomplete, so reviews stall and teams work around you.

Example Clones

The team we'd deploy first.

Security Questionnaire Clone

Drafts questionnaire responses from your approved policies and past answers, and flags anything new for a security reviewer.

L3 · Execute with approval

Access Review Clone

Pulls user and permission lists, sends review requests to managers, chases sign-offs and assembles evidence.

L3 · Execute with approval

Vendor Risk Intake Clone

Collects vendor details and documents, pre-fills the risk assessment and routes it to the right reviewer.

IT Help Desk Clone

Answers how-to and policy questions, triages tickets and handles routine requests your team has approved.

Workflows

Before and after.

Every workflow runs at the autonomy level it has earned. Different work, different levels.

Questionnaire response

Today

A security engineer spends two days copying answers from old spreadsheets into a customer portal.

With Clones

The Clone drafts every answer with sources. The engineer reviews new questions and approves.

L3 · Execute with approval

Quarterly access review

Today

IT exports lists, emails forty managers and builds evidence folders by hand for weeks.

With Clones

The Clone runs the campaign, chases sign-offs and packages evidence. Security approves revocations.

L3 · Execute with approval

Policy Q&A

Today

Employees ping the security team to ask whether a tool or file share is allowed.

With Clones

The Clone answers from the AI use and security policies, and escalates gray areas.

L4 · Execute within limits

Vendor risk intake

Today

Requests arrive as a one-line email, and reviewers spend days collecting basic facts.

With Clones

The Clone gathers documents and pre-scores risk. A reviewer makes the decision.

What we measure

Baseline first. Then results.

  1. Questionnaire turnaround time
  2. Access review cycle time
  3. Vendor review cycle time
  4. Ticket resolution time
  5. Routine tickets auto-resolved
  6. Override and exception rate

Your first six weeks

Within Month 1: security questionnaire response, access review support, policy Q&A and vendor risk intake Clones live, plus the governance charter and connection plan signed off.

Your Champion

Your CISO or security lead. They own the permissions plan, approve every new connection and sign off on autonomy promotions.

Cross-department handoffs

HR → IT & Security: new hire and leaver events trigger access provisioning and removal requests.

IT & Security → Sales: approved questionnaire answers returned to the deal owner with sources.

FAQ

IT & Security: questions, answered.

Why does InfoSec go first?

Larger rollouts stall on approvals for connections and permissions. Bringing InfoSec in first turns the likeliest blocker into a sponsor. Your team uses Clones for its own work before reviewing anyone else's, then stays a delivery partner with a weekly sync and approval rights over every new connection and every autonomy promotion.

What is your compliance status?

GDPR is in place today, and BAAs are available. SOC 2 Type I and Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 are in progress, not yet certified. We share our DPA, security whitepaper and compliance one-pager up front. Any mapping we do to frameworks such as the EU AI Act or HIPAA is not legal advice.

How do you control what Clones can access?

Single sign-on, role-based access and least-privilege connections. Each Clone has a Governance Charter listing its purpose, permitted data, permitted actions, things it must never do and an escalation owner. Production skills are version-pinned and tested before upgrades. Your team can review, pause or revoke any connection at any time.

Can we see everything a Clone does?

Yes. Every action is recorded in an audit log with a tamper-evident export. We configure it with you in Month 1 and can map logs to the controls you report against, such as SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST 800-53 or CMMC. In Month 3 your team reviews logs, exceptions and override rates as a standing governance check.
