The problems

What slows Sales down today.

Reps buried in admin

Research, call notes, CRM updates and follow-up emails eat the hours reps should spend talking to buyers.

CRM data nobody trusts

Stages are stale, next steps are blank and contacts are missing, so forecasts become guesswork and pipeline reviews turn into status meetings.

Leads go cold

Inbound leads wait hours for a first touch. Follow-ups slip after busy weeks, and good opportunities quietly disappear.

Slow quotes and handoffs

Quotes wait on pricing questions, and closed deals reach Finance and onboarding with missing details that someone has to chase.

Sales → Support: account context and promises made passed to onboarding before kickoff.

FAQ

Sales & Revenue Ops: questions, answered.

Will Sales Clones email prospects on their own?

Not at first. Sales Clones usually start at Recommend or Execute with approval, which means they draft and a rep sends. Fully autonomous outreach only happens for specific, proven sequences, inside limits you set, after InfoSec and the sales leader sign off on the evidence. Every message is logged so you can see exactly what went out and why.

How do you keep CRM updates accurate?

We define field rules with your Revenue Ops lead during Design: which fields a Clone may write, which values are allowed and what needs a human check. During the pilot, reps review every update. We track error and override rates, and the Clone only moves to updating within limits once those numbers meet the threshold you agree to.

Does this replace SDRs or reps?

No. Clones add capacity to your team. They take on research, logging and first drafts so your people spend more time with buyers. Relationships, negotiation and judgment calls stay with your reps, and your managers stay accountable for the pipeline. Many teams use the freed time to cover accounts they never had time to reach.

What CRM access does a Clone need?

Only what its role requires. Each Clone gets least-privilege access through a connection your InfoSec team approves, scoped to specific objects and actions. A research Clone may only read, while a hygiene Clone may update activity and stage fields. Access is documented in the Clone Governance Charter and can be revoked at any time.
